TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This booking confirmation form is a contract between Reload Studio and the above named for the stated period of hire only.
Reload Studio and the named agree that a cancellation of all or any of the above dates prior to 48 hours of the booking date will incur a charge of 50% of the rental amount, the total hire charge is payable if the cancellation is within 48 hours.
The above named will ensure that Public Liability insurance cover for all its personnel and representatives suppliers models and actors is operative during the above period of studio hire. Reload Studio is not responsible for Health and Safety or Public Liability Insurance during the period of studio hire.The above named is responsible for all breakage's and /or damage to Reload Studio during the period of studio hire. The above named is responsible for ensuring that all models under the age of 18 have the correct authority to be at the studio for the purposes of the photography during the period of studio hire. With prior notice and agreement only, Reload Studio allows redecoration, set building etc. Any decoration, changes and/or set building are to be carried out and rectified within the above period of studio hire.
Any redecoration and /or set building is to be carried out by professional trades persons only, walls are to be repainted with Antique White USA Woodwork to be repainted with Antique White USA paint for interior wood and metalwork and floors must be returned to the original finish.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are supplied by Reload Studio during the period of studio hire. Breakfast, lunch or other food requirements are available for an agreed charge. The studio hire charge does not include catering unless otherwise stated. This booking is for stills photography or video filming. If you wish to use the studio as a location set please enquire, don't just turn up and start filming as I shall get annoyed and the studio may turn up in several different TV shows. This booking confirmation is for the above specified dates and operating times only, all deliveries and collection of props and equipment connected to this booking are to be completed within the hire period unless agreed prior to booking. Reload Studio is not responsible for the disposal of waste materials connected with this booking, ie packaging materials, surplus props, wallpaper, paint, timber etc.
